Are "on next swing" abilities completely gone?

Yeah, a bit of an odd question (unless I'm wrong) but before Cataclysm, some abilities fired "on next swing" (meaning that even though there was no cast time, the ability would only fire on the target when the next weapon swing occured). This was the case, for example, in old Warrior's Heroic Strike or Druid bear's Maul.

I believe this mechanic has been entirely removed on Cataclysm but, as I am working on an old addon which supported "on next swing" spells, I was wondering whether the mechanic is still present in any player spell, or whether I can safely remove said support from the addon.
As I (almost) only play Shaman, this would be a bit tedious for me the find out for every class. So I'd appreciate if the players of other classes could enlighten me whether any of their spells is cast "on next swing".

Thanks in advance!
