Mysterious egg, hatch 'announce'

Havent been able to find anything like this, but would really like it. When I'm playing on my alts, I often forget to check if my mysterious egg have hatched.
An addon that pops up a message saying 'char1's egg have now hatched' would be really nice... I hate that when I forget it, suddenly the day it opens is moved from tuesday to wednesday etc... Is it possible for someone to make anything like this?

Not quite what you're looking for, but CrowBar pops up a button when you have something in your inventory that can be opened. I know from personal experience that it works on those eggs too.

Sounds like he's looking for a countdown timer on the Egg, not something to open it with. Similar to how some addons track long tradeskill cooldowns you may have on other alts.

All I know is in the end someone will end up with Egg on their face
