Frames

I was wondering if someone could tell me how to change frames using buttons..

just whats the command? or if someone could make a mod (or addon i dont know ) thats has 2 frames (or pages again i dont know the correct term) so that first you type the command to bring it up.. i dont know.. erm.. /GK or something.. on entering /GK it brings up lets say Frame1 that has a button on it.. when you click the button it hides Frame1 and shows Frame2.. with close buttons on..

i realise im asking alot =/ but i've tried for ages and i cant figure it out..

The easiest way to do it is to have two frames of the same size. When the first one shows, you have frame1 set to show and frame2 set to hide. Click a button that says next with an OnClick function of setting frame1 to hide and frame2 to show.

indeed that would be :P only thing is i dont know how to hide or show the frames =/
