This damn thing has been annoying me for years, I'm finally going to bitch about it:

Currently, no there isn't.

I'm curious though, what do you not like about it? With RealUI, it should only be visible when you are either group/raid lead or raid assist.

My main issue with it is that it conflicts with the minimap buttons that are mouse over. I'd be satisfied with being able to move it.
