SO far your best bet is to follow the e-mail forwards, but I sent mine in on friday, got a response today that I have to wait for them to see whats going on - overall it seems they stopped working on this when they started working on the patch, and its upsetting that blizzard is to blame for this.

We have all done the right thing, Blizzard is the only one at fault here, and they wont admit it.

Well, a few days ago, after I sent an email to wobcbilling..., they replied that if I needed support for EU realms I had to send an email to woweuropeansupport.. or something like that, I replied that even if my english was not perfect I still was on US servers and they replied by asking me my account name my R/L name and my old and current email adresses.

I sent them all that information and I'm waiting for some kind of result.

I have to say I'm a little upset. Not at you guys at all, but at Blizz.

I was in the batch for where-ever the #540's were for the US.

I asked Blizz about it two weeks ago. Got a response within two hours... them telling me to forward all this information to the e-mail addy. That was the last thing. Now even my friends are starting to get upset, because we all were in patches about 1 - 2 weeks apart from eachother, and somehow only one of us isn't getting any help with this.

So I guess it's safe to say:

"It was great while it lasted, but something tells me the give-a-way ended back at number 500 or so."

Ill wait untill the retail now, 30days togo and it seems blizz forgot to send out keys from this site, the first 400-500 keys were sent out without to much prob, well there was prob but atleast ppl got updated on whats going on..... now its just silence

IS there any update at all reagarding this ?

EU 484 here btw.

A bit of news:

I'm #669 (US), and sent an email to wowbcbilliing last week asking if they've processed any invites for WoWInterface recently. I just got this response a few minutes ago, so it looks promising. (Still no -actual- invite yet, but I'm crossing my fingers for the 17th). Granted, at this point the BC is only a month away. So whether this amounts to anything or not is nearing the point of inconsequential.

On the other side of the ocean, Blizzard Europe keeps ignoring this problem ostentively (that is: not even answering mails. nothing at all. not a "sorry, we don't know" or a "email [email protected] instead, just nothing).

I don't understand them. At all. I don't understand what i so hard about giving a little answer to someone that waited for it during more than 6 weeks. Though Cairenn, I hope that you won't feel sorry about that again, as once again it's not your fault, but my opinion about Blizzard (EU mostly) is closer and closer to the "cancel account" point. I'm trying to take that as well as possible, but unanswered mails... when you're a professional and when the mail comes from an (angry, or at least impatient) customer, the least you can do is to react

would recommend that you check your email again for the invitiation. We are
sending you this email to inform you that you may have received the invitation
or that you will receiving it shortly. If you do not receive it by December 17

EU update that some will be glad to hear: Today I received my beta key. I was ID #583 or something like that (too lazy to check again). The beta site is down so i can't upgrade my account right now (anyway i have a lot of work, so it's probably better ), but well, the key is here. It was a standard message (there was a "Answer" written on top of it as i had sent mails before, however they didn't refere to what i said, and only gave me my key and instruction about how to get into the beta).
If you still haven't posted anything and if you are still waiting for your key, maybe it isn't too late to send a little message.

Ach well, thats some good news at least for some people, EU side of things however is just being completely stonewalled and we aren't getting a single response at all from the emails or indeed the forums.

Well,

TBC is coming out in about a month. Sure it would be great if we could get access to the Beta just to ease the lives of all people using our mods. We'd get a chance to fix any bugs and problems in advance. Still, it's no biggie. To me at least.

Thank you Cairenn for all the awesome work you've done for us so far. It's really appreciated.

Normally, it wouldn't be that much for me either, but why it now is that I'm going to the army on 8 of January, week before tBC hits the stores. I'd really like to see at least some of it before that, since everyone most likely knows that playing WoW isn't what you get to do while in the army .
