Is there a way I can change the colour of the Health and Mana bars?

Yup, Global Settings > Bar Colours.

if thats not there make sure you've got the latest version

I cant find ag_Unitframes FuBar plugin on the FuBar section or on the WowAce Downloads page...

It's there automatically. L2check for yourself =P If you have ag_uf installed, and fubar, you'll have ag_uf in fubar.

Anyway, I think you can do /ag_unitframes gui or something to bring up zeh stuff.

I have both ag_Unitframes and FuBar installed, but there seems to be no... folder like:
FuBar_AGUF or whatever. I've checked my /Interface/AddOns folder.

Or is it that ag_Unitframes has the FuBar plugin as a part of the /Interface/AddOns/ag_Unitframes ?

It's the second one. If you don't see it on your FuBar, right-click on an empty spot of your bar, go to Unit Frames, and check it.

ag_UF has the FuBar plugin in the agUF folder itself not as a seperate folder, look on your FuBar pane for the plugin. Or if you have DeuceCommander or Niagara, look in the section labeled UnitFrames.
