Chat Settings Control Addon?

I want a way to disable chat completely, based on where I am. Leave it on in flex/normal/heroic, disable it comprehensively in LFR (all chat, of all kinds), switch to some selective settings when resting (i.e. in town), all on a window-by-window basis (I already run multiple chat windows).

Is there already something that could do this for me? I could probably build something, but no need to re-invent the wheel...

I've never heard of an addon for that. I just use a single tabbed window for that purpose, and switch to the desired tab manually when I join a group, go to town, etc.
