Couple of broken things: links to tag types; cancel button

Hello,

Just wanted to report a couple of minor things that it would be nice if someone fixed:

"Cancel" button doesn't work when using buttons on the the extended posting GUI (eg, creating a <li>)
broken links at the bottom of the new post page that should go to help regarding different tag types (eg, "vB code is on)

As always, snuggles to all the admins for being great.
