Looking for a mod for my druid.

Lately I've been finding alot of mods that look like this.

I currently have one like this on my warlock and priest, but would really love it on my druid for raid healing and keeping track of my seeds/roots. Does anyone know a mod like this one for druids?

Henge should do the trick, I haven't tried this out yet though.
