Quu's Spell Alert

I would love to see Quu's Spell Alert resurrected. I've tried playing around with a few other spell alerts, but didn't care for them. Quu's Spell Alert was real simple. You could uncheck options and then you just needed to move the frame to where you wanted it and hide it. Then all it did was scan the combat log and when someone started to cast a hostile spell that was not instant cast, it would flash it accross the screen in the desired area. It was great for any class that can interrupt spells.

Or even if someone can present other mods that have this same basic ability I'll be glad to look at those.

Any luck on this so far? Just curious, I keep checking on it every now and then. Everytime I come accross a situation that would have been helpful in I try to check that day.
