Pretty simple question : Map quest display

Good day all.
In the Carbonite map, I have little document-like looking icons representing quests from a database. I have a full stable of toons, and only one has these icons showing. I'd like to know how / where to toggle the display of these quest icons off and on. I have spent way too much time playing around with it and figured I had just better ask.

I think it's the "show quests" button at the top of the quest watcher.

At the quest watch window, you have four round buttons at the top. The third of these toggles displaying all quests (beige), dailies only (blue), or off (dim).
