The addon at the bottom that shades the bottom of the screen, if someone could tell me the name it would be much appreciated .

I don't think so, because skinner is character screens and all that, it skins a certain already existing UI. What im looking for is the backdrop UI that the Bar, Chat window, Map, and Combat Log.

It's the Skinner Bottom frame. It's in the options. There's a top one and middle ones, too.

Its skinner with no viewport. They just played with the transparency of the gradients. All this can be done in the options of Skinner. Enable "bottom frame" and play with transparencies and your done.
