Developer Needed For GUI Config Interface - Commisioned Work

For the past couple of years I've had a very basic addon available here as well as Curse named SquareMap. I would like to explore having an in-game option via the Interface menu to enable/disable certain buttons; Garrison Report, World Map, etc.

Try as I might and explore/dig/attempt I simply cannot create something that will make this happen. But I'm willing to work with a Dev who has time to take my requests and pay them for the their time as well as credit their work to help create the next "improved" version of my simple addon.

I'm beyond the point of further exploration myself no matter what sites/guides/tutorials I've seen. I really, honestly, want someone else to simply create this and let me pay them for their time.
