Threat meter for classic

I need a threat meter that does not rely on others to have the same one or even having one installed. I was using TinyThreat, but unless your other party members have it installed, nothing shows. I have read that ClassicThreat Meter is the same. Are there ANY out there that work with Classic that does not have a requirement that everyone else has one installed? Thanks for any assistance.
