Where exactly does an Addon start to fall in place of "Botting"?

Recently starting developing a plugin that will auto-invite people who say a keyword in either Whispers or General Chat, it's a very specific keyword, and only those looking for an invite will receive one from me.

Developed my own Addon since I couldn't find an up-to date one that allows listening in General/LFG chat.

Just wondering, where does an Addon start to fall in place of "Botting", I figured if it doesn't send any virtual input to the client, and uses the official Addon API for everything it does, and follows the rest of the Addon Policy, it's fine. But, i'm worried about the plugin I've been developing for basically AFKing Invasions.

I was going to make it log out when the invasion reaches a certain stage, and when the player logs back in, it listens for a specified keyword in General/Whisper Chat, and invites those who say the keyword (and only the keyword, nothing else), and does nothing else.

But, to me it seems that'll be borderline botting.

Spam maybe but botting, no.

Generally, if you are working within the addon system you are good. However, there are ways to exploit the addon system which may get you reported (or worse) and may cause Blizzard to lock down certain areas or function calls.

Using an addon so that you can go AFK during invasions but still get all of the rewards/gains would be an exploit. Not botting, per se, but an exploit nonetheless.
