As u can see, when i pass my cursor over an npc or monster, the information suqare appears in the down right corner, i want it to appear next to the cursor, how can I?

Install a tooltip addon, such as tinytip or cowtip.

Use TinyTip found on wowace:

This enables you to get the info pretty much where ever you want them

For more options in the info popup use:

If all you want to do is move it, then just get TipWrangler. Those other ones add extra features.
