Skinner alternative?

Need some help locating an addon. I want something to skin the dropdown menu. I know I could just grab the addon "Skinner", but I find it horrifying to use. All I want to do is skin the menu when right-clicking unitframes. Anyone know of something else I can use do skin frames, specifically the dropdown menu?

Aurora is a nice addon, but it skins everything and lacks an easy way to customize which frames are skinned.
