Looking for the "glossy" mod

Hi there, I saw in some screenshots a while back (but unfortunately have been unable to find them again), a mod which made item tooltips (and quite likely other things as well, but this was what I noticed) have a glossy appearance to them.

An example of what I mean by glossy (did some google searching) would be this

Does anyone know the name of such a mod that does this?

Seems it is, thanks for that. Unfortunately, I don't really like what the rest of it does, and it seems a waste to use the addon and just enable the tooltips.

I used TinyTip... It gives a glossy background (?).
