Hiding Realm Name From Chat

I was looking for an addon that would hide the realm name in chat messages while in a cross-realm group, and I found "NoRealm" which seems to be exactly what I'm looking for, but it has not been updated for a decade and no longer works. Is there anyone out there that could provide an update to the code to get it working? Thank you
