Hiding Tertiary stats on gear

This may sound strange, but I'm looking for a way to hide the bonus Tertiary stats that can appear on gear which include:

Leech
Speed
Avoidance
Indestructible

Edit: I figured this out and made an addon for it, I've released it on on Curseforge currently pending approval.
