Graphical compilation seen on a preview screenshot

I've seen this screenshot on the wow interface forums:

According to the URL it seems to be hosted here on this website.

Is there any chance to find out which UI compilation this screenshot belongs to?
The addons seem to be simple, Titanpanel, S.exymap etc. but with modded texture files.

That's one of Dawn's. But he hasn't released that UI.

But he did post his oUF viv layout (the one on that SS)

Downloaded it and tried it out, now I only have to find a similar addon for the chat. Macaroon should work fine for the action bars and S.exymap for the minimap, too, though I still don't know where to get a texture for that minimap on the screenshot

edit: Any idea which addon he uses for the display of the current area, fps, ping and coords as seen on the upper right corner?
