Mod Request - Countdown Timer

I looked on this site as well as other sites for a mod that is a countdown timer. I'm not looking for a timer mod for spells, buffs, etc. I'm looking for a stopwatch kind of program.

For example, when doing a run of Karazhan, you have 25 minutes to get to the boss before the room starts respawning (first boss...Attumen the Huntsman & Midnight).

What I would like is a countdown timer mod that does the following:
- Allows you to set a certain amount of time to start from.
- An option to manually start or auto start at a certain event (Enter Combat)
- An option to manually/auto send a raid warning/chat message for 5 minute, 2 minute, etc warnings.

If anyone knows of such a mod, please let me know. If someone wants to make this mod, I would be most appreciative.
