What addon creates this yellow framerate text?

Hello. I have a yellow text reporting frame right on the top left of my monitor. For the life of me, I cannot figure out which addon this belongs to and how to get rid of it. Does anyone recognize this?

Not an addon. That is Overwolf's FPS counter. Right click the Overwolf icon in your system tray and select "Settings", expand World of Warcraft in the "Overlays & Hotkeys" section, scroll down to "FPS Overlay" and toggle off with the switch on the right.
