What addon is this? Blue S on minimap

Hi,

I'm trying to identify an addon. It's got a cool blue "S" or lightening bolt as it's minimap icon. That's all I've got to go on. Just really curious as to what it is!

Attached a screenshot. I've seen it on a few streams of people playing classic.
