Addon to find people?

I'm a heavy RPer, and I play an assassin in game. One of the biggest pains is finding a target without the people I ask /whispering them to let them know from across the zone (hey, this rogue is coming to kill/capture you IC). Then, before I know it, they're gone or logged out. Is there any addon that would help me find someone beyond just telling me what zone they're in? Maybe an arrow, or something on the minimap?
