Combat health/mana bar
Perl Classic Unitframes has a bar that displays when in combat, which shows health and mana

You could try Takhud Fury, which seems to be more what you're looking for, or, barring that, you could look at any of the myriad HUD mods currently available (e.g. MetaHud, IceHud, DHUD 2, etc.).
