Range Condition not working?

Sorry to bother you but im either missing something or my Range condition isnt working.
I'm a hunter trying to set up a swap from Range to Melee with DAB 3.0
My setup is this

Main bar:
page 1 = Range
page 2 = Melee

Condition: Action in Range (wing clip)
Response: Change Page (2)

Condition: Action not in Range (wing clip)
Response: Change Page (1)

When i have this set up my bars do not swap. I also noticed that none of my range skills show up red when i have a target out or range. Same goes for my melee skills. Not sure if there is an issue with the new patch or if im missing something. I have read the forums and the only thing i seen about the range swaping was just how to do it. I believe its all set up correct.

One last thing, too default my bar back to Range all i have to do is this correct?

Condition: Target not selected
Response: Change Page (1)

Sorry for being a little slow
I just found out that you shouldnt test the Ranged Condition in IF, doesnt work on friendly units. Thanks for the great mod!
