Post online status on twitter and website

Hi. I'm actually looking for an addon that does 2 things, I want it to post to my twitter account when I get online, and one (or the same) that posts to a website. I run Wordpress today, but can easily integrate other stuff too

There is some API for sending tweets, but no idea if they can be used by addons/scripts :x
