Lua

This language is small, boring, and extremely archaic in design. Is there any knowledge on AddOn language versatility? I like to write in more expressive terms.

So.. Any Perl, C#, or Lisp support for AddOns?

Addons can only be wrote in Lua/xml but if you have experience with C# then you shouldn't have much problems working with lua.

You obviously do not know the full capabilities of Lua, especially with regards to metatables.

Learn the language better and then maybe I will respect your opinion. Lua and XML are your only options, and far more than necessary.
