Creating panels help

I was wondering if it's possible to create a panel with buttons at the top and when you click on each button it will display a different addon or something similar to that. I know this is very vague at the moment and most of you probably don't understand what I am talking about but I'll come up with some sort of illustration later on today to try to explain it more. Thank you!

I never used nUI before but if by clicking on the buttons on the bottom left or right can change the addon that's displayed then yes, I will look into it thank you for the reply!
