lua code window addon?

Ok I had seen a mod onece that gave u a frame like that in the mailbos where u can type and then excute scripts with out needing to make one long line in a macro to test out lua code

but i cant remember where or what it was called just a screen shot of it is in my head

anyone know ehere to get one ?

I use Pheonix pad, think I got it from c-g along time ago.
