Personally I liked Shantalya's version of filger best if anything for the config layout. The copy I still hold doesn't work anymore though which makes me sad, and the tukui fan update just isn't the same.

rFilter3 is a good replacement though the config layout is a bit more complex. Though the addon itself is vastly more flexible.

I've used rFilter3 for a while in the past, but I really missed the animation that occurred with Filger when a specified ability came off cooldown (kind of like Doom Cooldown Pulse). I'll try iFilger, or just try and tweak rFilter3 again. It's been a looong time since I've played, so this may take a while!
