Dawn. With the taglist in oUF slim, how would you get them to track debuffs? If I add a debuff like I would a buff it doesn't work. Is there something different with the way they're tracked?
REALLY digging this idea CB...nice work! You updating your UI to have this included?

Maybe you used the tag wrong afterwards or something, no idea. It should work, since I had tags tracking Weakened Soul and Forbearance back in the days. Anyway, that's probably not the place to discuss such things.

If using pitbull you can just use the indicators in your dogtags. Atleast that's how I used to do it.

No idea how it would work in oUF tho.

Stuf might be able to get the same effect too if you use the .lua "dogtags".

I missed that on your screenshot. So it's not a issue then I suppose.

I got bored so I started a new concept in Photoshop. I don't know where the target's name would look good other than slanted how it is. I'm sure I could use images for each letter kind of like how oUF_Hank is. The pretty colors are for Mirror Image, Mana Gem, Hyperspeed Accelerators, Arcane Power, and Berserking cooldowns. They'll light up when the ability is on cooldown. Buffs could go under the target frame to the right of the circle (unfinished player frame). God, I love the brush tool.

Understood on the UF idea. It's really just a personal preferance on my part, after playing for the first year without the benefit of any addons whatsoever (I didn't even know they existed, to be honest) I just can't stand having them anywhere near the top any more.

As to the location text; the only thing I can think of would be to Photoshop a seperate text panel for every location in the game and finding some way for them to change every time you enter a new location. I gag a little when I think about how much work that would be, if it would be possible at all.

I have viewed most of the last 10 pages of UI screenshots. (some links don't work for me)
All i saw was Dps/Tank UIs, so can someone make a UI for Healers?
Thanks
@Xikii, the UI looks cool. I have a question: what font is it the raid names?

I have no idea to be honest. It'll probably take me a couple of weeks to figure it out and get it how I want it to be.
Then there's the trouble of me having to sit on every class so that I can put in all the buffs and debuffs for each individual class and that's just helllooads of effort
With me playing warrior I'd most likely only going to setup warrior stuff though.

lol, my UI is always a healing UI xD

Lately I've been experimenting with oUF_Slim's transparency mode. Here's a WIP shot of me trying to figure out how to incorporate its awesome into my ui. Everything is terrible and not-matching and CoolLine is dropped in a random place, but the point is the unit frames anyways. All health defecit is yellow atm rather than class colored. It's incredibly weird to heal on these at first, but I've gotten used to it pretty rapidly. The only problem I've been having is when the health deficit color I've chosen blends into the background a little too well for that 1-px border to be enough differentiation. So I'm playing with gradient panels for that.

Transparency woo! And here's the last two for reference -- one two

Finished up my latest incarnation--at least for the most part. I think the only thing I have left to do is sort out nameplates. Anyway...I worked to try and get panel textures that I wanted. And my limited means made it more difficult than it had to be.

Raid/"PvP Mode":

Casting/"PvE Mode":

would love feedback

Elv UI, which is a variation of Tuk UI has a very nice Healer version. It sounds like it would meet the criteria you need and its all in a neat package. Elv even took the time to make sure clique worked on the frames.

So, this is just some playing around in Photoshop atm, but I think I like it... Don't know if I like it enough to try coding it, but anyway:

The idea was, to make sort of a steampunk-inspired UI... With this strict layout I'm limiting myself to 24 visible buttons, but I really like the look of this.
You can see portrait (left) and minimap (right), an XP-bar (bottom) and the players health and powerbars (top).

What do you think? It is worth digging some further on this idea?

@Mischback
This could work quite nice. Needs more rust, scratches, texture, gradients/shadow and color, though.

Btw, I just tried Zorks target texture for oUF_Slims player, target and focus frame and it looks quite nice. Took me about 15 minutes (till I found the appropriate SetPoints and health height value). The transparency makes it look really ace, imho.
