Patch 4-26-11 .. carb needs update

carbonite don't work in 4.1 PTR.
and patch is this coming tuesday.
can one of author give us ahead up plz.
Thx for a great add-on..

So far the both the map and quest elements are non-functional, and with Carbonite loaded the regular map doesn't work either. Disabled Gatherer just in case that was contributing to the problem, getting this when logging in:

Yurp.
Pretty much the same issue. The map window shows up, but it's empty and coughs up cascading LUA errors, even with Carbonite loaded on it's own.

that fixed the map, but all of the icons on the minimap blink rapidly when Carbonite is enabled. guess we'll wait for the devs.. I've no idea where to start to look for that.

That's a start. I'm still getting lua error popups occasionally, at least though the minimap and map buttons work now!

thanks for the find and replace suggestion! IT made the map and quest log return -- they were otherwise non functional and that made a very unhappy lock QQ

The flashing icons is a result of a new bug in 4.1 with Minimap:SetBlipTexture

I have posted a bug in the wow forums but it's nothing carbonite is going to be able to readily fix

Hope Blizzard fixes it, because I didn't see anything in our code to fix.


Issues:

Minimap icons may flicker - Setting the "Map Minimap" option "Minimap herb/ore dot glow delay (0 is off)" to 0 does stop it, but disables the flashing node icons. I noticed the flicker went away after a while.
