I've been in search of a mod that allows me to see the % of my targets health without changing the frame, i just want it as default, i finally found one and i'm unsure what its called, im hoping it doesnt have dependencies on other mods, if you know what its called please say, thanks for any help in advance,

Um, isn't the option to show HP/MP/Exp texts all the time, in Interface options, doing exactly that? Can't check atm, but I believe so.
