Need Help!! Located an Interface ...

But clueless as to what it is. Can someone please assist me in locating what interface modification the author of this video is using? I like the look of the Player, Party, and Raid Bars. Thank you for your help in advance:

But it's not nearly updated that often here, as it is at the Ace-site itself.

So I recommend you grab the most recent updates there.

Did sir and thank you.. I just love it in the short time I have actually began using it as a viable replacement for the default Blizzard Unit Frame and the CT_Raid windows.

Only thing I am not seeing with AG_UnitFrames is a players petand not sure if this is a bug or other problem.

This is actually a bug - but not in AGUF. I believe (and haven't tried it, yet, for lack of being online) Patch 2.0.3 fixed this particular issue preventing add-on developers from working with pet frames.
