Lozareth - 1.9 is ## Interface: 10900

Almost all of your mods that were updated for 1.9 have invalid TOC files.

Your newest mods need re-uploaded with the correct Interface versions.

Your mods are using all three of these in the latest packages:

## Interface: 10900 (Correct)
## Interface: 1900 (Incorrect)
## Interface: 1800 (Old)

You'll notice the second round of updates I did for DUF and DART both have the correct .toc version number. The rest can wait until I release new updates for those mods. I'm on a 28.8k connection and won't waste the time for something so minor.

Heh, I'm way out beyond the edge of town in decaying farm country where there's no high speed and the phone lines are terrible. Got one hella expensive external modem to squeeze as much as I can out of the line but nothing connects faster than 28.8.

Initial post went over my head... but is this why all the Discord Mods show as "Out of Date"?

Yes. Just change the TOC files yourself, if it bugs you, or turn on the "Load out of date addons" checkbox.
