Open Source?

Is there a way to get the source for WoW UI Designer? I ask because I want to use it with mono in linux (I'm a linux geek). I can't use the executable because the current uses some non-standard (Windows-specific) .NET stuff, so I wanted to see if I could fix it. So is WoW UI Designer open or closed source?

I don't know mono but at least wowdesigner uses a bunch of third-party dll's that are closed source for sure and I don't think you can load dll's within linux.

We're actually down to only 1 or 2 .DLLs now, fyi.

As far as mono goes, no. There are some Win32 calls made that are specific to Windows and not currently supported by the mono framework.

It was worth a try. Not all is lost, however; hurray VMWare!
