Scripting Kgpanels

So I'm still learning some of this stuff as I go, learning lua and all that. I came across something that has troubled me. Scripting a kgpanel panel to appear when the extra action button of Bartender4 appears. If anyone knows how to or can help me with it, that'd be fantastic!

Type /fstack into your chat frame and then mouseover the button. This will tell you the name of the button. (Type /fstack again to turn this feature off.) Then use this button name as the parent to the kgPanel you wish to show/hide along with it.

No script needed.
