Looking for an addon to replace this...?

So I'm trying to create a buff frame similar to the one found here: http://www.wowuigallery.com/topic/miirui-30

On top of the minimap in the lower left corner.

I'm thinking it was the azcastbar plugins addon that is way out of date, I'm not sure if it even works anymore. Does anybody know any other addon that can recreate the same look?

Any Buff / Debuff AddOn with a bar option and SharedMedia support can accomplish this (ie. Raven). Just find the statusbar texture and border that you like, and you're all set.
