Hi.

Im trying to install MazzleUI and i followed the directions exactly and nothing happened. When i go to load out of date addons, a lot of them say next to it that the Dependency is missing. I log in, and nothing happens. What am i doing wrong?

Just want to drop a note here... I have installed this two different ways:

First tried the instructed way:
MazzleUI_1.11_Core.zip
Detard-MazzleUI-2.3-Fix-4.zip
(Addon: Dependency Missing Mazzle UI's)

Second try:
MazzleUI_1.1.zip
MazzleUI_1.11_Core.zip
Detard-MazzleUI-2.3-Fix-4.zip

This gets me in and mazzlefied but with bugsack filling up with up to 35 errors. Default UI in upper left corner. $tn showing above mini-map when targeting someone. Party members not showing up when in party. 3D modeling works every now and then.

I have uninstalled everything for the 5th time this try including the WTF folder, logged in totaly stock and will be trying the second method once more to see if a super clean install will work.

In Party - Target Party Member
In Party - Growing BugSac

Any other suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

(btw: in the instruction documentation the links to "here" are displaying pages that say "you do not have permission to view")

Apparently, detard's add-on pack is currently in moderation queue because of increased security scanning here at WoWInterface or something. You'll need to wait for that to become available again before you can install. It will not work correctly without it.

That is what you're missing, xXTroubleXx.

Well when you started this way you were on the right track. Unfortunately your missing one download Here, however for some Reason that download is no longer available. But that is the other download that you need. Once you have that you should be good to go. I have sent a private message to the author of the other download your missing, hopefully we can get some word back on that for you.

Yes later this evening DeTard is uploading another copy minus the .exe file. SO eveyone should have access again later on tonight.

Yeah, apparently a file to convert BLP to TGA files was in my copy of DUF and this has been removed. No really, it wasn't a program to watch female night elves dance.... that's my story.

Awesome! Everything is working fine on the install side, all the toon info looked good, but have some issues with my pally setup and changing spells... hehe I guess I have more reading to do. Seems I broke something already =P

The download consists of the fonts folder, the four MazzleUI add-ons, the various MazzleUI skins, the modified version of Bongos and the modified version of GfxToggle.

Is there any way to get or create a new version of the above described Core Addon without the add-on pack?

I really really like the layout and background pieces but don't want all of the extras that come in the add-on set.

I'd be really happy with just the background, bongos mod, and layout.

I wouldn't create it, but yeah you can disable and/or remove a lot of the addons. My suggestion is to do as the steps said, and then disable the addons you don't want or use. If you don't run into problems because of an addon being disabled, go ahead and remove it if you like (it really doesn't matter, they aren't loaded in memory anyhow, the only difference is the WoW client parses all the files upon starting the game to create a file index).

2 only questions:

a) From where i can set my time zone? I cant find it either in addons list. I just want to set it, so it will be displayed correctly

b) Is there any option, to change theme in the graphics i use, but not change any other setting?

Close to the question mentioned under #52 in this thread:

I am new to WOW and therefore a noob!

I installed the UI and I love it (after using Mr. Magoo and also Bongo2 to make the icons large) ...

But there are way to many addons for me.

Is there a possibility to install this UI without ANY addon which is not used by the "look a like" ?!

Is there such a minimum compilation?!

To the previous poster:

As been stated in other responses in this and other threads, once you get MazzleUI set up, you can remove most of the extra AddOns in the package. The only really required ones are the following:

- The various mods starting with "Mazzle"
- the modified GFXtoggle (though I have used MazzleUI fine without it)
- Discord Unit Frames (and Options)
- Discord Library
- the various Ace2/Rock framework libraries (Ace2 and any mods with the prefix "Lib") they are needed for most of the mods to work.
- the modified Bongos (only if you want the pre-set up buttons, if you can live without them, then you can replace it with Bongos2, Bartender3 or Trinity Bars)

The rest can be replaced or removed AFTER your Mazzifiy ALL your characters.
