Font and Background color changer addon?

I'm blind as a bat and need an addon that will allow me to change or enlarge the various fonts of the game. (chat (greater than maximum), quest panel (to look like the Wanted Poster in Thorium Point helps), and also to enlarge the fonts of the tooltips.

Can anyone direct me to one, or create one if possible?

You might try Clearfont and although it looks like that might work for the tool tips as well, you might try using a tooltip mod like Tinytip (don't be fooled by the name;).

You could also use something like Discord Frame Modifier to adjust the scale of various UI elements (such as the quest panel).
