(Req. or Search) Fading Hotbars

Its possible this mod already exsists, but I haven't had too much finding anything. I am looking for a mod that had fading options, for your hotbars. I own a Dell 2005wp monitor, and just tonight noticed that my hotbars are causing a small amount of screen burn. Thank you for any info possible. =)

ouch that sucks... um you could try something like Flexbar and see if you can play with it to make it do something like that, or at least move the bars around your screen so that they won't be quite so bad on the burn.

I know its more flexabile than anything else I've seen, a bit too much for my taste though.
