Using Daportrait in a compilation...

I see it's been removed for copyright issues (or at least was), but I was wondering if this also carries over to compilations that use it. The logical answer would be yes, but I've invested a bit of time integrating it into the target frame of the development version of my UI. Figured I'd ask before completely scrapping it. Thanks.
