No, it won't affect anything but the minimap co-ords Metamap is providing.
The icon beside the metamap minimap icon, is that a tracking icon? like track humanoids or something? If you want, you can make that appear as metamap's icon, therefor makin only one button, not 2

I don't want it to affect the coords that MM provides! umm.. which are you referring to as the metamap icon? The icon is in Fubar along the top. The icon next to the minimap itself is a tracking icon which can be changed to humanoids/beasts/undead. When I click on the icon in Fubar it brings up the world map with a coords sidebar which can be brought out or hidden and points of interest checked on the map. I don't think the tracking icon has anything to do with MetaMap...

Didn't notice the memory jump in those screenshots. Interesting. Usually it hovers between 45 and 55MB. It's 63 addons, with the big hogs being the databases in Auctioneer, Mobinfo, and Metamap WKB.

Not a very raid friendly UI then, uses a bit to much memory for that, but it does look very nice

Memory usage doesn't matter. It all depends on your computer. Prior to BC (before my whole UI overhaul) I was running an average of 90MB. And raiding.

Photoshop.

I did decide on the colors after seeing the Blood Elf UI and loving it, but I made the textures from scratch.

And yah, I don't think framerate is really tied to addon memory usage. My combat fps is always good enough to see what's going on, and I'm at the bottom end of computer specs.

*Prevent Eavesdrop from fading out when fade-out is not selected
*Get Rare/elite background coloring for Cowtip
*Cartographer isn't loading some instance maps when I'm in that instance. I'll try a fresh install
*Color first letter of my name in green if I'm flagged for pvp
*Prevent Pitbull Group member's fames from appearing until I'm out of combat

I've been playing around with my UI for weeks now, re-designed it again and again, but now I'm done.

It has nothing special as many beautiful UI's here do have. But it now has everything I do need (to see) as a healing class,
and I'm sure it is the best interface I ever had. My focus was to make it look as clear as possible, and keep memory usage
low (I don't have a High-End-Machine). So here are a few screenshots...

Arr I've finally got to the end stages of configuring my UI to look like the masterpiece: Tapestry UI v9.4. Took me the better part of the day just to copy it for my resolution/+factors lol
I think I will be sticking with this UI for a long time
