Can i move the target bars

Hello and thank you for your time if your answering this question. I would like to also say that this is a awesome mod. My question is probably pretty simple to answer and has probably been posted before but after about an hour searching forums i decided to post. I hope i am not re posting and if i am i apologize in advance.

I am wanting to move the curved bars in the center of the screen down. Its the bars that come up when you select a target . They are curved . Can they be moved down? Again thanks for your time

You did not say which addon your using. This forum is for all addons. Please let us know what your using and if you can take a screenshot.
