Certain buffs not triggering an event?

I am currently working on a UI mod to track buffs and their durations on pets. Currently, I only have the mod listening for CHAT_MSG_SPELL_PERIODIC_SELF_BUFFS on my pet. However, I have noticed a few things don't trigger that event.

For example, Juju Power from the E'ko quest. Also Strength of Earth and Grace of Air totems don't trigger this event.

Is there another event I should be listening for? or, am I going to have to look for these buffs with other means, like scanning my pet?
