P.S. I love the little smiley faces on the ends of logs around the world. I wonder if that was on purpose?

The second bar from the bottom switches with Shift+1,2,3,4 and I have different spells there.

This is the latest for my hunter.

The potions buttons only show in combat
The bar on the right, the pet bar, and the single button to the right of the pet bar (used for quest items) are show on mouse over
The Huge 3D target portrait is there because I like to see details of those I look at (useful for getting a good look at the gear/weapons on someone in the distance). It can easily be deactivated or replaced with another threat meter, or whatever you want.

This is originally from another UI package here, and I'm still in the process of piddling with it to make it more "me"..... long way to go still (but have a few dif color variations so far, this is Horde Red). I've made a ton of changes as far as addons, too.

That is not a tooltip border. It's CowTip. Those are the Health and Mana bars. you can choose where you want them on the tooltip frame (one top/one bottom, both top, both bottom, one left/one right, both left, both right). It's one of the options for CowTip.

There is a tooltip border. Look at all of the eePanels. And on cowtip, the border is there as well.

You mean the border itself... the lighter red border surrounding most of the UI?

The original tga files can be found where I downloaded the UI (here ).

But what you see in my screenie is the result of the tga files that I edited in Photoshop.

Actually, after some digging (I wan't to learn more about skinning addons so everything in the UI I'm using will match) I found that tga file included with Skinner (krsnick.tga).
