Carbonite problem for 2 computers-

I paid for Carbonite and backed-up a laptop. I was then prompted to pay additional to backup an additional computer and downloaded Carbonite with my same email and password. Now both are messed up saying I've applied the program to another computer. Help would be much appreciated.

Does this company have any service reps?
