Grid Question

I have a friend that is having an issue with grid which is when he initiates a ready check as raid leader, even people who click ready still show up as a red X on his grid as if they clicked not ready. I took a quick look through grid settings but did not see anything that appeared to be able to alter these ready check marks. Any help would be appreciated.

Your friend needs to update his copy of Grid. The ready check status was fixed for WoW 3.3 almost two weeks ago:
